Cancellation and Refunds

This page describes how Sumit Soni handles cancellations and refunds for digital courses. Edit it to match the policy you actually follow, and review it against applicable law before going live.

Before payment

You can leave checkout before paying. A cancelled or failed payment does not grant course access.

After payment

Access is granted immediately after a verified payment, and files can be downloaded. Because the product is digital, a change of mind after the files have been downloaded is not, by itself, a reason for a refund.

If you cannot access the course because of a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days of payment with your order number. We will review the request and, where the course could not be delivered, refund the amount paid for that order or restore access.

Applicable law

Nothing on this page limits a right you have under applicable law. If a mandatory consumer rule requires a different outcome, that rule applies.
